Ingredients (Serving: 12):
Flour 520g
Corn starch 80g
Unsalted butter 150g
Milk 200ml
5 apples
Sugar 125g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
1 egg
A pinch of salt
Recipe:
1) Peel the apple and take out the seeds. Cut into small pieces
2) Put the chopped apple into a cooking pan over a small flame. Add cinnamon powder, 25g sugar and 2 tsp unsalted butter. Cook till it is soft
3) Mix the flour, corn starch, baking powder, sugar, milk and unsalted butter. Knead well until it form a dough
4) Make the dough into small balls. Roll the ball into a thin layer. Cut into an oval shape
5) Add 1 spoon of apple filling and fold the dough to make an empanada. Press the edge with a finger and a fork
6) Preheat the oven at 180C for 20 minutes
7) Brush some butter on the baking tray and put the empanadas on top
8) Pinch 3 small holes into the empanadas and brush the egg wash over each empanada
9) Bake at 180C for 20 minutes
材料(份量:12):
麵粉 520克
粟粉 80克
無鹽牛油 150克
牛奶200毫升
5個蘋果
糖 125克
泡打粉 1茶匙
肉桂粉 1/2 茶匙
1個雞蛋
一小撮鹽
食譜:
1) 將蘋果去皮,去籽。切成小塊
2) 將切碎的蘋果放入平底鍋中,用小火加熱。加入肉桂粉、25 克糖和 2 茶匙無鹽牛油。煮至軟身
3) 將麵粉、生粉、泡打粉、糖、牛奶和無鹽牛油加在一起,揉成麵團
4)用麵團做球,將球滾 做成薄層,再切成橢圓形
5)加入1湯匙蘋果餡,將麵團皮對摺。用手指和叉子按壓封口
6) 預熱烤箱攝氏180度20分鐘
7)在烤盤上抹上少許牛油,然後把角仔放在上面
8)在角仔上捏三個小孔,然後在刷上打好的蛋液
9)以攝氏180烘烤20分鐘,完成
