Ingredients (Servings: 3):
6 Hard-boiled eggs
Mixed veggie 200g
Lettuce 100g
Bell pepper 50g
Mayonnaise 200g
Mustard 1/2 tsp
Bread
Pepper
Recipe:
1) Cook the mixed veggie with water
2) Boil the egg till cooked. Peel the egg shells and cut into small pieces
3) Cut the bell pepper into very fine pieces and slice the lettuce
4) Filter the mixed veggie and mix into the egg
5) Add mayonnaise, pepper, mustard, bell pepper and mix gently
6) Toaste the bread with butter
7) Spread the egg salad on the toasted bread to make a sandwich

6個煮熟的水煮雞蛋
什菜 200克
生菜 100克
燈籠椒 50克
蛋黃醬 200克
芥末 1/2 茶匙
麵包
胡椒粉
食譜:
1) 將什菜用水煮熟
2) 把雞蛋煮熟,剝去蛋殼並切成小塊
3) 將燈籠椒切成小塊,生菜切絲
4) 將煮好的什菜,拌入雞蛋
5) 加入蛋黃醬、胡椒粉、芥末、燈籠椒,輕輕攪拌
6) 用牛油將麵包烤成金黃色
7) 將雞蛋沙律塗在麵包上,做成三文治
