If you like corn, you will love this yummy corn bread! This made from scratch family recipe is moist, tender, easy to make and complements any dishes perfectly. It also serves as a perfect afternoon snack after school! We use fresh corns in this recipe but you can also use canned sweet corn if fresh corns are not easily available.

Ingredients (Servings: 8″x6″ ~15 pieces):
1kg corn kernels
10 eggs
Butter 100g
2.5 tsp baking powder
Condensed milk 388g
Evaporated milk 405g
Recipe:
1) Pre-cook the corn with water. Let it chill and cut the corn kernels from the cob with a knife
2) Crack all the eggs into a large mixing bowl
3) Add evaporated milk, condensed milk, baking powder, eggs, corn kernels and melted butter into a blender. Blend until smooth
4) Rub butter all over the surface of a baking pan
5) Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Cover with aluminium foil
6) Bake in over at 150 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes (Preheat the oven at 150 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes)
7) Remove the aluminium foil and bake for another 5 minutes. Serve hot or cold

牛油 100克
2.5茶匙泡打粉
煉奶 388克
淡奶 405克
食譜:
1) 用水預煮熟粟米。冷卻後並用刀切下粟米粒
2) 將所有雞蛋打入一個大碗中
3) 將淡奶、煉奶、泡打粉、雞蛋、玉米粒和已融化的牛油加入攪拌機,攪拌至順滑成蓉
4) 在烤盤表面塗抹牛油
5) 將粟米蓉倒入烤盤,蓋上錫紙
6) 放入焗爐攝氏150度烤40分鐘(焗爐攝氏150度預熱15分鐘)
7) 取下錫紙,再烤 5 分鐘,即可食用,可以熱食或冷食
