Ingredients:
Chicken 1kg
Potato 200g
Tomato 800g
Red onion 100g
Bell peppers (Red, Yellow, Green) 450g in total
Olive oil 5 tsp
Salt 1.25 tsp
Bay leaves 2pcs
Pepper 1/4 tsp
Cumin 1/4 tsp
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Olive 5pcs
Raisins 20g
Garlic 2 cloves
Water 100ml
Recipe:
1) Marinate the chicken with 1 tsp of salt
2) Put the chicken inside a cooking pan. Add 50ml of water and 1 tbsp of olive oil
3) Remove the skin of the potatoes and cut into smaller pieces
4) Wash the potatoes with water and add the potatoes into the pan
5) Heat the pan with medium flame and cover the pan
6) Stir the chicken and potatoes every few minutes and cover the pan again. Repeat until the potatoes are soft
7) Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces and scoop out the seeds
8) Cut the bell peppers, red onion into small pieces
9) Remove the seeds from the bell peppers
10) Put the tomatoes, bell peppers and red onion into the blender. Add 50 ml water and blend till smooth
11) Take out the soft potatoes and continue to cook the chicken
12) Blend the bay leaves and garlic with the tomato mixture
13) Add 2 tsp olive oil 5:58 Slice the olive into smaller pieces
14) Add cumin, oregano, pepper, olive and raisins
15) Add salt to taste
16) Add the chicken and potatoes inside the tomato mixture and cooked for another 5 minutes

食譜:
1) 用1茶匙鹽醃製雞腿
2) 將雞腿放入鍋中。加入50毫升水和1湯匙橄欖油
3) 馬鈴薯去皮,切成小塊
4) 馬鈴薯用水洗淨,放入鍋中
5) 用中火加熱平底鍋,蓋上蓋子
6) 每隔幾分鐘攪拌一次雞腿和馬鈴薯,再蓋上蓋子。重複直到馬鈴薯變軟
7) 將蕃茄切成小塊,挖出種子
8) 將青椒、紫洋蔥切成小塊
9) 把燈籠椒的籽去掉
10) 將蕃茄、燈籠椒和紫洋蔥放入攪拌機。加入50毫升水,攪拌成蓉
11) 取出軟身的馬鈴薯,繼續煮雞腿
12) 將香葉和蒜頭與番茄蓉攪拌
13) 加入2茶匙橄欖油
14) 將橄欖切成小塊
15) 加入孜然粉、牛至、胡椒粉、橄欖和葡萄乾
16) 加鹽調味
17) 將雞腿和馬鈴薯加入番茄蓉中,再煮 5 分鐘
