These crispy butter cookies recipe are delicious. It is full of butter flavour but a lot healthier than your usual cookies. Kids love cookies but we don’t want the extra fat and sugar. You can make extra and store them in an air-tight jar! Best snack after school!

Ingredients:
Flour 500g
Butter 250g
Brown sugar 100g
Vanilla oil 1/2 tsp
Raisins 50g
1 egg
2 pinches of salt
Recipe:
1) Add egg and flour into a big mixing bowl
2) Add sugar, melted butter, salt and vanilla oil into another bowl and mix well
3) Add raisins and the butter mixture into the big mixing bowl. Mix well
4) Put the cookie dough on the table. Knead it together. Once the dough is thoroughly mixed. Make it into small balls
5) Press the balls to form cookies
6) Preheat the oven at 80 C for 15 minutes. Bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes

雲呢拿油 1/2 茶匙
葡萄乾 50克
1個雞蛋
2小撮鹽
食譜:
1) 將雞蛋和麵粉加入一個大攪拌碗中
2) 在另一個碗中加入糖、已融化的牛油、鹽和雲呢拿油,攪拌均勻
3) 將葡萄乾和牛油混合物加入大攪拌碗中。攪拌均勻
4) 把曲奇麵團放在桌子上。把它揉在一起。一旦麵團充分混合,就做成小球
5) 將小球壓成曲奇餅乾
6) 焗爐攝氏80度預熱15分鐘,放入曲奇烤15-20分鐘,即可享用
