This recipe is kids’ friendly and super easy to make! It is delicious yet super healthy! Great as a breakfast or afternoon snack for kids. Ian and Owen had a great time baking the bread and they couldn’t stop eating.

Ingredients (Servings: 10):
Flour 500g
Salt 10g
Sugar 42g
3 eggs
Dried yeast 6g
Milk 210ml
Butter 120g
Recipes:
1) Put 2 spoon of flour with the dried yeast, 12g of sugar and 80ml of warm milk (to activate the yeast) into a mixing bowl. Mix well and cover it. Let it rest for awhile until bubbles are formed
2) In a large mixing bowl, put in all the flour, 2 eggs, salt, sugar, milk and melted butter. Mix well with an electric stand mixer or by hand
3) Pour in the yeast and mix well with the dough
4) Take out the dough from the Stand Mixer and knead the dough until it is not sticky
5) Brush some oil on a container and put the dough in. Cover it with food wrap and let it rise double
6) Knead the dough and separate it into 10 balls
7) Knead and roll each ball into a thin piece Layer each piece on top of each other and brush some butter on each piece before layering another one
8) Roll the whole stack of dough into a large piece and cut into 8 pieces
9) Slightly cut the edge of each piece and roll into a buffalo horn
10) Put the buffalo horn bread on the tray. Cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise double
11) Preheat the oven at 180C for 15 minutes
12) Put the egg wash on the bread
13) Put the bread inside the oven for 25 minutes at 180C
材料(份量:10):
麵粉 500克
鹽 10克
糖 42克
3個雞蛋
乾酵母 6克
牛奶 210毫升
牛油 120克
食譜:
1)將2勺麵粉、乾酵母、12克糖和80毫升溫牛奶一起放入大碗中。攪拌均勻並蓋上保鮮膜。讓它靜置一會兒,直到形成氣泡
2)在一個大的攪拌碗裡,放入所有的麵粉、2個雞蛋、鹽、糖、牛奶和融化了的牛油。用電動立式攪拌機或用手攪拌均勻
3)倒入酵母,與麵團攪拌均勻
4)從立式攪拌機中取出麵團,揉至不粘手
5) 容器刷上油,把麵團放進去,蓋上保鮮膜發酵至兩倍
6) 揉好麵團,分成10個球
7)將每個球揉成薄片 將每一塊疊在一起,在每塊上刷一些牛油,然後再分層另一塊
8) 把整疊麵團擀成一大塊,再切成8件
9) 將每一片的邊緣稍微剪開,捲成水牛角狀
10) 把水牛角麵包放在托盤上。蓋上乾淨的布,讓它發酵兩倍
11) 烤箱預熱攝氏180度15分鐘
12) 將蛋液抹在麵包上
13) 將麵包放入烤箱以攝氏180度烤25分鐘
