Ingredients:
Potato 150g
Turkey ham 3pcs
2 Eggs
1/4 Avocado
Butter 30g
Cherry tomatos 5pcs
Salt to taste
Recipe:
1) Cut the cherry tomatoes and avocado (remove the skin) into small pieces
2) Crack 2 eggs and mix well for cooking scramble eggs later
3) Peel the potatoes, rinse and grate with a large hole grater
4) Melt the butter with medium heat. Place the potatoes in half inch layer into the pan when the butter is sizzling hot
5) Flip the potato when one side turns golden brown, cook the other side till it turns golden brown again
6) Cook the scramble eggs and ham
7) Place everything on a plate. Add cherry tomato and avocado. Ready to eat!
材料:
馬鈴薯 150克
火腿 3片
2個雞蛋
1/4 牛油果
牛油 30克
車厘茄 5粒
鹽適量
食譜:
1) 將車厘茄和牛油果(去皮)切成小塊
2) 打碎2個雞蛋,攪拌均勻,待會兒炒雞蛋
3) 土豆去皮,沖洗乾淨,用大孔刨絲器磨碎
4) 用中火融化牛油,當牛油噝噝作響時,將馬鈴薯絲做成半寸層放入鍋中
5) 當一面變成金黃色時,將薯餅翻轉,另一面再次煎成金黃色
6) 炒雞蛋和煎火腿
7) 把所有食物放在碟子上。加入車厘茄和牛油果
