Verde Mar, translated as “Green Sea” in Spanish, is the color of the Sea of Cortez in Mexico where our cuisine is rooted. We are committed to re-create the dining experience in Hong Kong that one can only experience in Mexico. Dedicated to provide the freshest seasonal ingredients from Mexico and local sources, our cuisine are rooted in traditional Mexican techniques and authenticity. Even our tortilla, salsa and desserts are all handcrafted in-house daily to ensure only the highest quality is served.At Verde Mar, we strive for excellence. We believe quality service comes from the heart and are dedicated to put quality into everything that we do.
